At CANEVISTA ONLINE, our products are manufactured using high-quality materials. Each item undergoes careful inspection prior to shipment. Any defects or variances in the product must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery; issues not presented within this timeframe will not be considered or warranted.

Customers are required to promptly inspect products for damage and defects at the time of purchase or delivery. If a customer identifies a material defect in any product, part, or component, they must report it during the relevant warranty period to customer service at canevista2023@gmail.com.

CANEVISTA ONLINE will repair or replace the product free of charge. Please note that replacement or repair does not extend the warranty period beyond the original expiration date. All product warranties are limited to the original customer and require proof of purchase.

Material and Workmanship Warranty

We provide a warranty against faulty materials and workmanship for one year from the date of sale. This warranty covers the repair or, at our discretion, the replacement of any faulty product found within this period.

Scope of Warranty

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing and material defects.
  • Wood and metal finishes, provided that the product is used and maintained according to intended use and care procedures.
  • Ripping of tailoring seams, subject to following the intended use and maintenance procedures.
  • Joinery of wooden structures.
  • Joints of metal structures.

Important Notes:

  • All metal and wood finishes may change slightly over time due to natural behavior; such changes do not constitute defects under this warranty.
  • Foam composites naturally soften with use; this softening does not constitute a defect.
  • Customers must use suitable wet mop cleaning for wood, metal, stone, glass, mirror, acrylic, and veneer surfaces without aggressive cleaning agents.
  • Fabric-upholstered furniture should be dry cleaned without aggressive chemicals.
  • Leather furniture must be degreased, buffed, and shined using only recommended compounds.
  • Once set up in a specific location, products must not be repacked with unauthorized packaging or relocated. Warranty coverage will be voided if the product is repackaged or relocated.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Consequential damages or losses.
  • Repairs, modifications, or alterations carried out by external agencies.
  • Deterioration or rusting due to atmospheric conditions.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Mirrors, glass, stone, marble, and acrylic products.
  • All warranty claims will be handled in accordance with our standard operating procedures, and the manufacturer’s decisions regarding warranty claims shall be final and binding on the customer.
