- Ready-stock items will be delivered within 7–14 working days.
- Custom-made items will be delivered within 15–25 working days.
- A tracking number with delivery details will be emailed to you when your order ships.

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
At CANEVISTA ONLINE, our products are manufactured using high-quality materials, and we carefully inspect each item before shipment. Defects or variances in products must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Issues reported after this period will not be considered and cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers must promptly inspect products for damage and defects at the time of delivery. If a customer finds a material defect in any product, part, or component, they must report it during the warranty period to Customer Service at canevista2023@gmail.com.
CANEVISTA ONLINE will repair or replace the product free of charge. Replacement or repair of the product does not extend its warranty period beyond the original expiration date. All product warranties are limited and apply only to the original customer with proof of purchase. We encourage customers to verify product dimensions before purchasing to avoid situations where the product may not fit through doorways. We cannot accept returns or exchanges in such cases.
Cancellation of Order
- If a customer has a change of heart after placing an order, they can cancel the order (or part of the order) within 24 hours of placement or before it is shipped, whichever comes first.
- Most of our furniture is customized according to the customer’s specifications. Custom-made orders begin production immediately upon order placement and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
- We will process any refunds and/or provide credits after deducting 2% of the order value or the payment gateway charges, whichever is higher, as cancellation charges.
- Customers will receive their refund within 15 working days after deducting the cancellation charges.
RETURN POLICY
- Most of our furniture is customized according to the customer’s specifications. Custom-made orders begin production immediately and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time.
- You can return other items within one week (7 days) of delivery. Return requests are not accepted after this period.
- We accept returns only in cases of damage during transit or manufacturing defects.
- The product should be in the condition it was received and in the original packaging.
- Products purchased under any promotional offer or discount cannot be exchanged.
- Please email us at canevista2023@gmail.com with your order number and details, along with a photo of the damage if possible, within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- We are happy to replace any damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- All return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the received order is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
EVALUATION AND PICKUP
- Return requests will be evaluated by our technical team, and our customer support will contact you based on the evaluation within 24 hours.
- The return pickup will be scheduled based on your interactions with our customer support representative.
- The product scheduled for return pickup will be collected by our logistics partner from the original shipping address within one week of initiating the return request.
REFUND PROCESS
- We will process refunds and/or provide credits after the returned goods have been received in new condition and in the original packaging. Your order total will be refunded, minus shipping and handling costs each way, within 15 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
- Your refund will be issued to your original mode of payment.
- If you have used the EMI option, the refund will be initiated through an NEFT transaction to your bank account.
- If you have earned and used any cashback offers with your order, this amount will be deducted from the refund of the canceled product.
