Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation of Orders
Customers may cancel their orders under the following conditions:
- Standard Orders: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.
- Custom-Made Orders: Once a custom-made order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded as production begins immediately.
2. Refund Process
If a cancellation is approved, the following refund process will apply:
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the cancellation request is confirmed.
- Cancellation Charges: A fee of 2% of the order value or the payment gateway charges (whichever is higher) will be deducted as cancellation charges from the refund amount.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. For EMI payments, refunds will be processed via NEFT to the customer’s bank account.
3. Return of Products
Products may be returned under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Returns: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
- Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been altered, customized, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
- Return Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon receipt.
4. Refund for Returned Products
For eligible returns, the refund process will follow these guidelines:
- Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
- Refund Amount: The total refund will be the purchase price minus any applicable shipping and handling fees incurred during the original transaction.
- Promotional Offers: Any cashback or promotional discounts applied to the original order will be deducted from the refund amount.

The decision made by CANEVISTA ONLINE regarding cancellations and refunds is final and binding.
